Phil had the idea that some business just need some good HR either as a one off, or on a retained basis. They don't need tying up in red tape, boring old fashioned HR, and right now they don't need fancy organisational and culture change programmes - hence the creation of Yorkshire HR People.
And we're really good at what we do - no-nonsense, just expert professional judgement and business solutions.
